Q. Are you able to provide airport transfers?
A. Yes. Please advise at the time of booking. Alicante Airport (sadly San Javier Airport in Murcia is now closed as of December 2018).
Q. Is the apartment/complex, within walking distance to the beach?
A. Not really, especially in the heat. Our complex is 1km from nearest beach - Punta Prima
Q. Are you on the ground floor?
A. The apartment advertised here, is on the 2nd floor but we do have other apartments / villas available, so please get in touch through my Contact Page.
Q. Is there a lift?
A. Yes.
Q. Is the apartment suitable for disabled persons?
A. Absolutely, yes.
Q. How many does it sleep?
A. The apartment sleeps 2 Adults, + 2 Children or 4 Adults.
At a maximum 5 guests in total (sofa can sleep 1)
Q. Are the shops / restaurants, within walking distance?
A. Yes.

Q. We would like to rent long term, but we have a dog, is this ok?
A. Rules may change but at the moment no pets allowed. Sorry
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. NO. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. You may smoke outside on the balcony (where an ashtray is provided)
